The Technical Account Manager at UiPath plays a critical role in ensuring that strategic customers successfully utilize the UiPath platform, driving adoption and delivering business value.

  • Ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath platform.
  • Accountable for technical workstreams and adoption plans.
  • Proactive engagement with customers to guide their automation programs.
  • Provide infrastructure, installation, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Educate customers on best practices for the UiPath platform.
  • Conduct design and code reviews for automations.
  • Perform technical health checks and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product support for escalated incidents.
  • Create risk mitigation plans for customer success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Solid programming background, preferably in .NET.
  • Experience with UiPath or similar vendor products.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies like LLMs and Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies.
  • Background in technical support or consulting is a plus.
  • Experience in Windows and Linux server infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
