Overview

Alarm.com, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial technology company, is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our talented international team in northern Europe. Based in either the UK or The Netherlands, the successful candidate will be our market expert in the region and support pre-sales engineering, in-country launch planning and ongoing key account management and development.

In Short

  • Driving the Technical Onboarding process for new partners.
  • Managing key international partners to ensure full utilization of Alarm.com services.
  • Acting as the escalation point for technical issues.
  • Providing ongoing product support and training to partners.
  • Gathering feedback for product improvements.
  • Representing Alarm.com at trade shows and events.
  • Demonstrating understanding of product features.
  • Supporting the Sales Team during pre-sales processes.
  • Creating training materials for partners.
  • Conducting local and remote tests for new features.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, Math, or sciences preferred.
  • Fluency in English and another European language preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in a professional manner.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
  • Proficiency in consumer, cloud, and IoT technology.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines during high-volume periods.
  • Positive attitude fostering team spirit.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
