Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Helpshift will partner with strategic accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, managing a team of Customer Success Managers globally.

In Short

  • Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage a global team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle and improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to meet client needs.
  • Handle escalations and plan major releases.
  • Conduct business reviews and support clients’ goals.
  • Become a product expert and trusted advisor for clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly.
  • Travel domestically up to 25% for client engagements.
  • Work across multiple time zones and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing global teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Experience with Enterprise clients.
  • Strong technical communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of solving complex problems.
  • Data-driven approach to strategy formulation.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
  • Effective communication in English.
