In Short

  • Responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption of the Wiz platform.
  • Provide strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers create Success Plans with critical goals and KPIs.
  • Identify and address technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical escalations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Wiz platform and cloud security threats.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage.
  • Program manage account escalations effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive resolution.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
