UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

Veeam is seeking a UI/UX Designer to enhance customer interaction experiences for web-based products and services through effective design processes, collaboration, and user research.

In Short

• Ownership of the design process for web services and products.
• Creation of wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.

Requirements

• A degree in Digital Design, HCI, graphic design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Proficiency in web standards and responsive design.
• Ability to analyze web statistics for design decisions.
• Knowledge of WCAG.
• Familiarity with UX research tools and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Skills in HTML and CSS.
