UX / UI Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX / UI DESIGNER to join our team and drive the creative direction within the business and projects. You should understand 'big picture' strategic thinking and be able to help conceptualise, problem solve and manage stakeholder conversations during the initial sales process; client design workshops; and throughout the creative process, ensuring that all our designs talk back to the client's business requirements and project objectives.

In Short

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar creative software development environment.
• Deep experience with Figma as a design tool.
• Proven experience with design workshops and client interactions.
• Experience creating modern UI designs for web and mobile apps.
• Ability to write code in HTML/CSS is advantageous.
• Experience using JIRA for project management is advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for staying updated with design trends.
• Experience with Google's Material Design system is advantageous.
• Ability to create corporate branding and logos is advantageous.

Requirements

• Experience with Figma and Adobe CC Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in creating UX wireframes and prototypes.
• Knowledge of design systems.
• Experience with WebFlow and WordPress.
• Ability to assist clients in project scoping.
• Experience in branding and marketing materials.
• Ability to track time accurately using project management tools.
