Enterprise Architect - Remote

Overview

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing, documenting, and leading the implementation of technical solutions for customers following the sale of Veeam products. This role bridges customer business requirements with Veeam’s technology, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices, while also supporting partner-driven implementations.

In Short

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and architecture enhancements.
• Design both high-level and detailed solution architectures.
• Create low-level design documents and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain reference architectures.
• Provide technical oversight during solution deployment.
• Work with Project Managers to define project scope and deliverables.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance solution architectures.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and resolve implementation challenges.

Requirements

• IT experience in a solution architecture or technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with containers and container security.
• Strong technical knowledge of virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Experience leading transformation projects for large enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of networking and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in post-sales consulting or solution delivery.
• TOGAF and Veeam VMCE certifications are mandatory.
• Relevant cloud, security, or virtualization certifications preferred.
