Overview

SmartRecruiters is seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong design foundation and experience in AI-powered products to shape intelligent workflows and multi-agent interactions.

In Short

Lead discovery for AI-driven experiences.
Design, prototype, and validate user experiences.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B digital product design.
Strong background in Product Design with UX ownership.
2–3+ years designing AI-powered experiences.
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
Experience with AI, agents, and automation design.
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Strong systems thinking across UI and orchestration.
Collaborative experience with PMs and engineers.
Familiarity with Responsible AI and accessibility standards.
