Overview

Sealed is a climate tech company on a mission to stop home energy waste and electrify all homes. We equip contractors with the software and support they need to complete more weatherization and electrification projects—making homes more comfortable, efficient, and sustainable.

In Short

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with utility and government program administrators.
• Be the rebate program expert to source, document, and communicate program details.
• Lead the launch of new programs including project management and coordination.
• Ensure accurate implementation of programs across departments.
• Monitor and communicate program updates and changes.
• Project manage cross-functional updates or implementations.
• Ensure Sealed effectively supports each program for our customers.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Ability to manage relationships with external partners.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience creating and presenting high-impact presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and G-Suite.
