Overview

As a Program Manager at Spring Health, you will lead complex initiatives focused on transformative programs in mental healthcare, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record in program management in a high-growth environment.
• Strong execution bias and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with data analysis and storytelling.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter with a solution-focused mindset.
• Expert relationship builder.
• Ability to think holistically while being analytical.
• Experience with Looker or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
