Overview

The Implementation Director - Nursing at Abridge plays a critical role in ensuring successful deployment and implementation of the Abridge Nursing product with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for partners.

• Lead customer implementations and act as the primary contact for partners.
• Own project plans in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Accountable for all project phases, including training and go-live.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Set standards for communication and project progress updates.

• Create repeatable processes for concurrent implementations.

Requirements

• Track record of successful healthcare technology implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and information synthesis skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• 3+ years of project management experience in software deployment.
• Experience with electronic record systems, Epic is a plus.
