• Lead day-to-day operations of an implementation team transitioning customers from legacy design systems to Higharc.
• Design and implement a standardized implementation methodology.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of architects and design professionals.
• Establish and track key performance indicators for the team.
• Act as a subject matter expert and handle complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align strategy and provide feedback on platform functionality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical implementation or professional services role.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Proven ability to build and optimize repeatable processes.
• Deep understanding of technical challenges in migrating from legacy systems.
• Experience with data-driven metrics for managing performance.
• Track record of solving complex operational and technical challenges.
