Overview

Higharc is seeking an accomplished Customer Adoption Manager to serve as the customer's enterprise-wide adoption project manager, influencing strategy for our Enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a Customer Success role in a SaaS environment.
• Experience using Customer Success Platforms like Planhat, ChurnZero, Gainsight.
• Strong sense of ownership and proactive issue resolution.
• Comfortable using AI and analytics for measurable customer value.
• Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
