In Short

  • Act as a liaison between homebuilder workflows and the Higharc platform.
  • Lead discovery sessions with homebuilders to uncover workflows and pain points.
  • Shape solution strategy in partnership with Account Executives.
  • Conduct platform demonstrations for potential buyers.
  • Build ROI narratives and business cases for stakeholders.
  • Champion the Challenger sales approach.
  • Support post-sale discovery and onboarding for strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Industry experience in homebuilding, construction tech, or proptech.
  • Deep understanding of homebuilding functional areas like Estimating, Design, Sales, Finance, Land, or Purchasing.
  • Excellent presentation skills tailored for different audiences.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools is a plus.
