We’re seeking a systematic, product-minded Home Design Lead to help conceptualize and develop families of scalable home designs — homes that can flex across regions, lots, codes, and price points. This is not a traditional architecture role, it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of home design at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in residential architecture or homebuilding.
• Deep familiarity with single family homes and residential detailing.
• Experience balancing code, operations, and design tradeoffs.
• Comfort with parametric design thinking or configuration logic.
• Familiarity with building systems and cost-effective detailing.
• Understanding of customer-centric design.
• Exposure to code-driven or computational design tools.
• Experience working with national or regional production homebuilders.
