In Short

• Functioning as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden and the Bitwarden suite of services.
• Conducting implementation-specific demos and product technical Q&A.
• Assisting account executives with positioning new or upcoming product features.
• Building scripts, integrations, and examples for customers.
• Working with the Sales Team to develop account strategies.
• Providing assistance in responding to technical questions on proposals.
• Advising customers on industry best practices for the full stack of Bitwarden.
• Keeping organized notes to champion feedback.
• Coordinating hand-off to Integration Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Providing superb guidance for each business prospect or customer’s implementation.
