Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years in a director-level or VP role.
• Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law and compensation practices.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred.
