Overview

The Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) will oversee the entire People function for Dorado Software Group, collaborating with senior leadership to drive people strategy and foster a high-performance culture.

• Experience in remote-first, globally distributed environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in HR functions.
• Preferred certifications include CHRL, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
• Experience with HR technology platforms like BambooHR.
• Knowledge of global employment law and compliance.
