Overview

The Director of People Operations will serve as the operational backbone of the People function at Dorado Software Group, responsible for designing and implementing HR infrastructure across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Experience building compensation frameworks and HRIS integrations.
• Multi-jurisdiction experience in North America and international jurisdictions.
• Strong HRIS proficiency, especially with BambooHR.
• Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
• Experience with AI tools in HR operations.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Experience in technology companies preferred.
• Relevant HR qualifications preferred.
