The Director of People Ops at Beam will architect and champion the people strategy, focusing on building infrastructure, policies, and culture to enable team success as the company scales.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
