Our care is delivered virtually through our app, via secure messaging and telehealth visits. Requirements

• 7+ years in People Operations; 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience supporting operational or clinical teams.
• Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Hands-on experience in high-growth environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with D&I programs.
• Familiarity with HR tech platforms.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
