Overview

The Vice President of Human Resources will lead the HR function, partnering closely with the Chief of People to guide the domestic People Operations team through growth and change.

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Experience advising senior leaders.
• Prior experience in multi-state HR environments.
• Experience supporting organizations through growth.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
