The Vice President of Human Resources will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HR at Metropolitan Family Services, guiding the organization to Best Place to Work status.

Workplace Evaluation: Assess employee experience and HR effectiveness.
Operational Efficiency: Develop streamlined HR workflows.
HRIS Optimization: Ensure effective HRIS system utilization.
Develop HR Strategies: Support MFS mission and goals.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Proven ability to lead a high-performing HR team.
Expertise in labor laws and compliance.
Hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
Experience implementing HR systems.
Strong project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; master’s preferred.
HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) desirable.
