Noetic Search is a dedicated non-profit organization, Hands Across the Sea, focused on enhancing literacy skills among school-aged children in Eastern Caribbean countries. Established in 2007, the organization has made significant strides in improving access to literacy resources, having placed over half a million books in schools and libraries, impacting more than 140,000 children. With a mission to empower young learners through partnerships with local schools and community leaders, Hands Across the Sea is committed to fostering a love of reading and addressing educational gaps in underserved communities. The organization is currently seeking an Executive Director to lead its initiatives and expand its impact in the region.
