Vice President of Human Resources - Remote

Overview

Drawbridge is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the company’s senior HR leader and help strengthen the next phase of its people infrastructure.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on people strategy.
• Provide guidance on talent development and performance management frameworks.

• Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in private equity-backed portfolio companies or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven experience in building HR infrastructure in scaling organizations.
• Experience in employment law, compliance, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations.
• Experience working with senior leadership in growth-oriented environments.
