The Senior Manager, Project Management and People Analytics will lead the development of modernized people solutions for HR teams, focusing on enhancing workplace experiences while supporting client engagements and ensuring delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in professional services or recruiting agencies preferred.
• Internal HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 7–9 years of experience in people analytics and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Preferred HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, etc.).
• Proficiency with reporting and survey tools.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel minimally.
• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
