The Senior Manager: Project Management is responsible for the management of complex programmes and projects, providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure successful project delivery in a financial services environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or commerce.

• At least 8 years of experience in complex projects in financial services.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing the entire project lifecycle.
• Exposure to governance, control, and risk management.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective workshop and meeting facilitation skills.
• Financial business case skills.
