Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a proactive and systems-minded Project Manager/Senior Project Manager who acts as the glue between teams and tasks—someone who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a creative, sometimes chaotic environment. Reporting directly to one of the founders, you’ll play a central role in operationalizing workflows, owning Monday.com project spaces, and supporting internal initiatives.

In Short

• Own and manage project boards, workflows and automation within Monday.com
• Build and document new systems and procedures
• Track deliverables and deadlines
• Oversee basic financial tracking systems
• Monitor all operations-based active projects
• Conduct research for new initiatives
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Identify and close process gaps proactively
• Support internal culture initiatives
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
