Overview

This role involves providing advice and support in practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics, enabling the provision of specialist auditing expertise.

In Short

• Support the Audit manager in identifying risks during planning sessions.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Absa and its business areas.
• Assess risks and controls by documenting them within processes.
• Engage proactively with Internal Audit colleagues and provide guidance.
• Maintain relationships with key audit contacts through stakeholder meetings.
• Display professional scepticism and discuss observations with management.
• Encourage open discussion regarding risks in the business environment.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
