Project Manager, People Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager role within DaVita’s People Insights & Analytics team is designed to compile complex data sets, produce ongoing regular reporting, generate insight, and help draw conclusions and recommendations about DaVita’s business using DaVita’s people data.

• Focus on data and analysis regarding the Teammate Experience team within People Services.
• Track, report, and develop dashboards to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop analytical solutions and improve processes.
• Ensure integrity of sensitive, confidential data.
• Proficiency in software tools like Excel, Workday, SQL, Tableau, SPSS, and R.
• Present data insights to varied audiences.
• Collaborate with internal business partners.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
• Manage projects prioritizing work based on changing demands.
• Generate insights from multiple data sources to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics, statistics, psychology, or related field.
• 1+ year in a business environment using data to solve problems.
• Experience in database querying and relational database design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in management consulting is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex issues simply.
• Experience with project teams and managing client relationships.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets to measure project effectiveness.
• Proactive in seeking improvements in processes.
