Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Engineer supports the Sales team with product solution design and process flow development, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and fast delivery.

In Short

• Be a subject matter expert across First Advantage platforms and products.
• Partner with Sales for RFP strategy and process flows.
• Navigate complex issues and use data for decision-making.
• Create initial project plans and establish timelines.
• Lead documentation and provide guidance for client implementation.
• Champion successful customer outcomes and improve implementation processes.
• Work effectively with Sales and Implementation teams.
• Hold teams accountable for project deliverables.
• Support customer retention initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of consultative sales and project management experience.
• Experience with Sales and Client Success Teams in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in optimizing client integrations.
• Strong motivational and people skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and take on challenges.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, and Word.
