In Short

  • The Customer Adoption Manager (CAM) focuses on the entire customer journey from kickoff to adoption.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans and drive strategic work-sessions.
  • Facilitate change-control decisions and maintain project baselines.
  • Lead customer kick-offs, quarterly business reviews, and workshops.
  • Create Success Plans with measurable objectives for customer onboarding.
  • Coordinate across various teams to clear blockers and align workflows.
  • Monitor customer health and deliver insights on ROI.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Project Management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical details for executives.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success and/or Project/Program Management.
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-discipline projects on time.
  • Fluent in production-builder workflows.
  • Executive-level communication skills.
  • Highly organized and proactive self-starter.
