Overview

The Director of Implementation at Inspiren will lead the implementation team responsible for launching health tech solutions at client sites, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and optimizing processes for scalability.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Managers.
• Design and optimize scalable processes for client onboarding.
• Analyze implementation performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Manage complex client implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve blockers.
• Promote a culture of excellence and customer-first thinking.
• Travel up to 80% to support client launches.
• Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams.
• Utilize lean methodologies for process improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Health Tech background preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience.
• Proven experience in managing hardware/software implementations.
• Excellent project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and relational skills.
• Ability to promote cross-collaboration among teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem solver and self-motivated.
• Ability to travel on short notice as needed.
