As the Director of Implementation, Operations at Restaurant365, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our operations software solutions by ensuring seamless deployments for our restaurant clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software implementation or project management.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with restaurant management software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
