Director, Implementation and Operations - Remote

Overview

Zócalo Health is seeking a Director, Implementation and Operations to lead the successful execution of new contracts, ensuring a seamless transition from contracting to operational execution.

In Short

• Own end-to-end implementation of new contracts.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for implementation timelines.
• Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Support the initial development of a community engagement strategy.
• Build relationships with local partners and organizations.
• Attend local events to enhance program visibility.
• Ensure alignment with operational infrastructure.
• Develop repeatable, scalable implementation frameworks.
• Establish regular reporting cadences to monitor program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations or program management.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations.
• Experience in value-based care or managed care organizations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and EHR systems.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
