The Patient Support Specialist will connect with potential and existing patients to assist them in navigating their healthcare journey.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to meet performance quotas.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is required.
