Overview

The Director of Implementations at Abridge will lead the team responsible for deploying and implementing Abridge products and services with customers, focusing on improving efficiency and standardization in the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years in implementation or customer onboarding, preferably in HealthTech.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing implementation teams.
• Proven track record of successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR integrations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
