Overview

The Program Manager will lead the HQR Application Development Organization using Agile methodologies to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale Agile software development programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with government contracts and CMS IT environments.
• Ability to analyze complex data and manage budgets.
• Expertise in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong background in software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile Release Trains and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies preferred.
