Overview

The Senior Big Fix Engineer will be responsible for engineering perimeter solutions, ensuring zero impact from changes, and developing documentation for hardware systems across the enterprise DMZ.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of IT experience with Firewalls & Threat solutions.
• Experience with Cisco ASDM, Firepower, and CLI management.
• Knowledge of datacenter micro-segmentation applications.
• Experience with IDS/IPS products and proxies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Administrator level ability with UNIX (Linux or variant) is desirable.
• Knowledge of network routing/switching protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Active listening skills to understand client needs.
