Program Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

In Short

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues and roadblocks.
• End to end Agile project management responsibility.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead project meetings and presentations, and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10-14 years of experience in IT industry with 5+ years of experience in Software Development Project & Program management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Agile-Scrum Practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on knowledge & experience on Software Development & Quality Processes.
• Basic Knowledge of Cloud- AWS and DevOps practices.
• PMP certification preferred.
