As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Monitor project progress and performance, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues and roadblocks.
End to end Agile project management responsibility.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Lead project meetings and presentations, and facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

10-14 years of experience in IT industry with 5+ years of experience in Software Development Project & Program management.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Working knowledge of Agile-Scrum Practices.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Hands-on knowledge & experience on Software Development & Quality Processes.
Basic Knowledge of Cloud- AWS and DevOps practices.
PMP certification preferred.
