Overview

As a Customer Success Representative at Kalibri Labs, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients and contributing to the growth of a dynamic SaaS company in the hospitality industry.

In Short

• Provide client support through email and ticket monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and conduct root cause analysis.
• Monitor and manage complex customer tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Assist in client onboarding and training preparation.
• Update client records in Salesforce.
• Audit support processes for improvements.
• Surface customer risk indicators proactively.
• Support development of customer-facing procedures.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses for audits and planning.

Requirements
