Overview

Jscrambler is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure product adoption. You will collaborate with engineering and sales teams, collect customer feedback, and manage accounts to drive growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering, or relevant experience.
• 4+ years in Customer Success and project management roles.
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar support processes.
• Experience with B2B and international client management.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
