Manage financial reporting processes and month-end closure.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and payroll.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless reporting.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial accounting/reporting.
Strong expertise in Management Accounting and Reporting.
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and Excel.
Fluent in English and Portuguese (B2 level mandatory).
