• Serve direct customers and consumers by providing product and service assistance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1-2 years of proven direct customer support experience.
• Understanding of the building products industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in telecom software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
