Customer Success Representative - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Representative at Kalibri Labs will assist with support requests from customers, ensure quality assurance of deliverables, and help in developing training materials for hotel clients.

In Short

• Provide training materials and support for clients.
• Assist the Sales Team with subscription reviews.
• Undertake quality assurance of data requests.
• Support client onboarding and training.
• Provide weekly internal reporting on KPIs.
• Participate in day-to-day account management.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses for client visits.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and multi-task.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
