Overview

As a Customer Success Representative at TreviPay, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, merchants, and customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

  • De-escalate challenging customer situations.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients and customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
  • Engage proactively with customers to address issues.
  • Complete assigned learning and participate in sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of customer support experience.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic about Customer Success.
  • Organized and self-sufficient with moderate supervision.
  • Ability to manage challenging customer situations.
  • Coachable and able to improve based on feedback.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in both team and independent environments.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish & English.
