Pre-Underwriting Analyst I - Remote

Overview

As a Pre-Underwriting Analyst I at TreviPay, you will coordinate the gathering of financial documents and support documentation in line with the Credit & Risk Department's policies, while providing superior customer service in a collaborative environment.

In Short

• Coordinate financial document collection and customer file management.
• Administer and maintain customer files in accordance with policy.
• Track performance results and report to senior management.
• Utilize statistical analysis for risk and financial data analysis.
• Communicate with customers to obtain required documentation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of business experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical and execution skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in delivering superior customer service.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Experience in project management or business analysis is a plus.
