Product Manager - Structural - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager-Structural & Systems for Shelter Solutions is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of our Shelter product portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally to manage products that meet market demands and drive revenue growth.

• Execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
• Optimize product portfolio through standardization and rationalization.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage product profitability.
• Support M&A analysis and product integration.
• Monitor market trends and competitors for strategic insights.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments for product development.
• Ensure accuracy of published product information.
• Evaluate third-party solutions for product decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Travel as needed (15%-20%).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing or product management experience.
• Strong understanding of the PEMB industry.
• Proven track record of managing product portfolios.
• Excellent command over MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI and MBS experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing background is advantageous.
