Overview

The Project Manager will oversee customer projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal departments to support the production of Structural Steel.

• Manage customer projects and internal coordination
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Prepare and approve purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain records of customer communications
• Research and prepare change orders
• Coordinate with detailing for drawing submissions
• Review and resolve claims and document issues

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in steel fabrication
• Knowledge of AISC, AWS, ASTM, and OSHA
• Strong communication and customer orientation
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to interpret various instructions
• Organizational skills
• Ability to write reports and correspondence
• Willingness to travel for training and site visits
