Overview

As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team where your contributions to providing premier customer care are valued, and your professional development is prioritized.

In Short

  • Serve direct customers and consumers by providing product and service assistance and resolving issues.
  • Ensure leadership and sales team members are informed of customer account activities.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding pricing and product updates.
  • Assist customers with inquiries or problems concerning their orders.
  • Offer product technical information to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams for effective communication.
  • Engage Team Leads for escalated issues promptly.
  • Assist with training sessions for CSRs and onboarding new employees.
  • Support process improvements aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer or consumer support experience.
  • Familiarity with the building products industry preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with telecom software (Genesys) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges.
